Senior Facility Manager – Engineering & Healthcare Operations

Overview
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee engineering and facilities operations within a dynamic healthcare environment. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who combines technical expertise with strong operational and stakeholder management skills to ensure seamless service delivery and high standards of performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management of facilities and engineering services, including critical systems and specialised equipment
• Supervise and guide the onsite team to achieve operational excellence and service quality
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to ensure system reliability and uptime
• Optimise resource planning for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities
• Oversee day-to-day corrective works while maintaining cost efficiency
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external service providers to support smooth operations
• Manage vendors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with service levels and performance standards
• Drive initiatives to improve energy efficiency and operational effectiveness
• Provide technical guidance and resolve complex engineering issues in a timely manner
• Track and manage budgets, ensuring cost control without compromising service quality
• Continuously review and enhance workflows, processes, and operational procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within facilities or M&E operations
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Good problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to technical challenges
• Experience in healthcare or critical environments will be an added advantage

Salary Package

• Monthly salary range: SGD 6,000 – SGD 7,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
