Senior IT Risk & Security Analyst

My client is looking for a detail‑oriented Senior IT Risk & Security Analyst to support Technology Risk Management in a regulated banking environment. This role focuses on governance execution, cyber security oversight, vendor risk, and audit readiness, working closely with Head Office and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute IT Risk Management in line with MAS TRM, MAS Notices, and internal policies
• Maintain an audit‑ready IT control environment with strong documentation
• Manage IT Risk Framework elements (risk register, outsourcing due diligence, BCP, critical systems)
• Perform regulatory gap analysis and track remediation actions
• Coordinate cyber risk assessments and exercises aligned with MAS TRM, NIST CSF, SWIFT CSP
• Monitor security controls (patching, access rights, vulnerabilities)
• Support vendor governance under MAS Outsourcing Guidelines
• Assist with audits, regulatory inspections, and management reporting

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT Risk, IT Audit, or Cyber Security Governance (banking/regulatory preferred)
• Knowledge of MAS TRM, NIST CSF, SWIFT CSP, ISO 27001, SOC 2
• Strong documentation, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills
