Site Reliability Engineer / Software Engineer (Ref 101)

Responsibilities:

• You will be a reliability engineer that will work with IT teams to provide operation and project support.
• You must be able to communicate well with both internal and external partners.
• Observability and Proactive Monitoring of log files, system and application health; Installation, configuration and management of monitoring tools; Implementation, enhancement and integration of monitoring solutions to ensure proactive monitoring and improve business and operational processes- Analysis of data and generation of dashboards and reports for operational insights
• Automation of day-to-day task using Ansible / Jenkins/ Shell scripting /Power Shell/Python
• Support for reliability engineering

Requirement:

• Min. 3 years of experience in IT operation automation and monitoring solution
• Scripting experience – 2 years, preferably Ansible, shell, Python
• Familiar with some of the platforms, such as Windows, Linux, Unix, Cloud Platform (AWS), database and middleware
• Certified in SRE or equivalent certification
