Role Summary

As an R&D Engineer - 3D Generative AI & Agents, you will define and build next-generation intelligent 3D content creation systems. You will work at the intersection of Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Agent systems to develop models that generate high-quality 3D assets and agents capable of understanding user intent, planning workflows, and autonomously interacting with 3D environments.

You will translate cutting-edge research into production-ready systems, pushing the boundaries of AI-driven 3D creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, and implement state-of-the-art algorithms for text-to-3D, image-to-3D, and video-to-3D generation, leveraging techniques such as NeRF, 3D Gaussian Splatting, diffusion models, and geometry processing
• Build LLM-powered 3D agents capable of understanding semantic instructions and autonomously retrieving, generating, editing, and arranging 3D assets within complex scene
• Bridge the gap between research prototypes and production-ready tools, ensuring scalability, robustness, and usability
• Optimize generation pipelines for inference speed, mesh quality, topology, and texture fidelity
• Stay up to date with the latest academic advancements, reproduce SOTA methods, and conduct original research
• Work closely with technical artists, graphics engineers, and product teams to integrate generative capabilities into real-world workflows (e.g., Unity, Unreal, Blender pipelines)
• Contribute to publications, open-source projects, or internal innovation aligned with company goals

How You Will Stand Out

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong experience in Generative AI, Computer Vision, or 3D Graphics, with a proven track record of impactful projects or research contributions
• Hands-on experience with 3D generation techniques, such as NeRF, Gaussian Splatting, diffusion models, or geometry processing
• Familiarity with LLM-based or agent systems, including Transformers, tool use, or agentic frameworks
• Experience with Multimodal AI (MLLMs) and their application to spatial or 3D understanding
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch or TensorFlow)
• Familiarity with 3D pipelines and standards (e.g., USD, glTF, OBJ) or tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or Blender
• Experience building automation tools or “Copilot”-style systems for creative workflows
• Demonstrated ability to translate research into practical, production-ready systems
