Business Analyst- Analytics Team

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to own delivery across multiple client projects. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality, track metrics, and provide ready updates. At least 4 years relevant working experience, including business analysis/product management of system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multi-project delivery using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methods.
• Build and maintain project plans (MS Project) and track work items (Jira).
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, stand-ups, retrospectives; manage RAID & change control.
• Coordinate with client POCs and internal leads to unblock dependencies.
• Publish weekly metrics (velocity, burn-up/down, SLA/SLO, risk RAG, financials) & executive reports.
• Oversee SIT/UAT, readiness checklists, go-live runbooks, cutovers & hypercare.
• Enforce governance: scope, quality gates, compliance, and communication cadence.
