Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Backend Engineer with strong expertise in .NET, C#, and C++ to design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will work on building scalable, secure, and reliable server-side applications and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET (Core/Framework), C#, and C++

·       Build scalable and high-performance APIs and backend components

·       Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices

·       Optimize application performance, memory usage, and system reliability

·       Participate in architecture and design discussions

·       Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues

·       Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

·       Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams

·       Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing

·       Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

Required Skills & Experience:

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

·       8+ years of hands-on backend development experience

·       Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core / .NET Framework

·       Solid experience in C++ for performance-critical components

·       Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns

·       Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services

·       Proficiency in multithreading, concurrency, and memory management
