Job Description

Job Highlights

  • Convenient Location: Walking Distance to Kaki Bukit MRT
  • Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm

  • Senior Position is available for those with relevant experience


Responsibilities

  • Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
  • Diagnose and perform advanced troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network problems.
  • Configure and maintain systems, applications, and user accounts.
  • Perform system updates, patches, and maintenance.
  • Resolve server, application, and database-related issues when possible.
  • Manage IT Inventory for Hardware and Software Assets.
  • Maintain documentation for all technical support incidents.
  • Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support.
  • Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
  • Ensure compliance of the IT systems with corporate policy / guideline.
  • Travelling to customer's office is required. (Transport claim applicable)


Requirement

  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience
  • Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
  • Understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Strong End User support skill
