Job Highlights
- Convenient Location: Walking Distance to Kaki Bukit MRT
- Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm

Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
- Diagnose and perform advanced troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network problems.
- Configure and maintain systems, applications, and user accounts.
- Perform system updates, patches, and maintenance.
- Resolve server, application, and database-related issues when possible.
- Manage IT Inventory for Hardware and Software Assets.
- Maintain documentation for all technical support incidents.
- Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support.
- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
- Ensure compliance of the IT systems with corporate policy / guideline.
- Travelling to customer's office is required. (Transport claim applicable)
Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
- Understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Strong End User support skill
