Responsibilities:

Own the growth roadmap to increase user acquisition, activation, trading engagement, retention, and revenue for web and app.
Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, user research, and market/competitor insights.
Optimize key funnels such as onboarding, KYC, first deposit, first trade, spot trading and other products.
Design and run high-impact experiments (A/B tests, holdouts), defining hypotheses, success metrics, rollout plans, and learnings.
Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Risk/Compliance, and Ops to deliver growth initiatives end-to-end.
Track and report growth performance through dashboards, cohorts, and unit economics; translate insights into actions.
Ensure growth mechanics are compliant, transparent, and aligned with risk controls and fair user outcomes.
Write clear PRDs and communicate priorities, results, and next steps to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

Proven Growth Leader: You have 5+ years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on growth and user lifecycle optimization, ideally in fintech, crypto, or high-growth tech companies. You have a track record of owning and exceeding growth KPIs.
Data-Obsessed: You are an expert in using data to drive decisions. You are proficient in SQL and have extensive experience with experimentation platforms (e.g., Amplitude Experiment) and analytics tools.
End-to-End Product Owner: You have experience leading cross-functional squads (engineers, designers, data, QA) through the full product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch optimization. Experience with trading features or complex financial products is a strong plus.
GTM & Growth Strategist: You have a proven ability to design and execute go-to-market strategies and partnership models that drive tangible results. You have successfully launched campaigns that have significantly improved user acquisition and retention.
Customer-Obsessed & Agile: You are passionate about understanding user needs and can move fast—turning insights into MVPs and iterating quickly based on data. Experience reducing cost-to-first-trade or similar metrics is highly valued.
Exceptional Communicator: You can synthesize complex information into a clear narrative for stakeholders, influence without authority, and build strong cross-functional relationships.
