Job Summary
Lead a 5-person team to manage security operations at residential sites during day shifts, ensuring safety and effective site management.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate a 5-person security team to maintain safety and order at residential sites
Manage daily security operations during the day shift from 8am to 8pm
Apply proactive leadership to anticipate and resolve security issues promptly
Utilize prior experience in residential site security to enforce protocols and respond to incidents effectively
Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
