Senior Data & AI Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data & AI Analyst to drive data transformation and enable trusted, data-driven decision-making across the APAC region.

In this role, you will lead the development of scalable data solutions using modern data platforms and BI tools, while leveraging AI-driven insights (e.g., Copilot, forecasting, anomaly detection) to support business outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure data is reliable, accessible, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

Drive AI-Enabled Insights

• Develop and deploy AI-driven use cases such as forecasting, anomaly detection, and KPI insights

• Enable natural language querying and self-service analytics for business users

• Support adoption of AI-powered tools for decision-making

Build Scalable Data Solutions

• Design and optimize data pipelines using modern data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric / Azure)

• Develop data models and interactive dashboards using Power BI

• Standardize data architecture and reporting frameworks across regions

Strengthen Data Governance

• Implement data governance and lineage solutions (e.g., Microsoft Purview)

• Define data ownership and ensure consistency of KPIs

• Improve data quality, transparency, and compliance

Business Partnership

• Translate business requirements into data and AI solutions

• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across functions

• Drive adoption of data-driven practices and tools

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data platform roles

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and data modeling

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric / Azure Data Platform is preferred

• Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or similar) is a plus

• Experience in data governance tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview) is advantageous

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
