Urgent!! Finance Manager (Contract Manufacturing/Kallang)

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations to ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial statements in compliance with regulatory and internal reporting requirements.

• Perform financial planning and analysis, including monitoring company performance and product standard costing.

• Manage treasury functions such as cash flow forecasting, foreign exchange exposure, and financing arrangements to ensure adequate working capital.

• Support the development and review of accounting policies, standard costing, and other finance-related processes.

• Review corporate income tax computations and ensure compliance with GST and relevant reporting requirements.

• Lead the budgeting process and quarterly forecasting activities.

• Support the development of team members through goal setting, performance reviews, and career development initiatives.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, financial institutions, and relevant authorities.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or a recognised professional accounting qualification.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, and treasury functions, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

• Good knowledge of SFRS(I) and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Experience using ERP systems; familiarity with Microsoft Business Central is an advantage.
