Job Overview

Letchi Express Services Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our logistics and operations teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from internal systems and external sources
Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions
Work closely with operations, finance, and management teams to understand data needs
Optimize data processes and workflows for efficiency and accuracy
Perform ad-hoc analysis and present findings in a clear and actionable manner
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security
Support forecasting, planning, and performance monitoring initiatives

Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role (fresh graduates with strong skills may be considered)

Technical Skills

Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is an advantage
Understanding of databases and data structures

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Experience in logistics, delivery, or supply chain industry
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
Familiarity with business intelligence concepts
