Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Banking (Crédit Agricole CIB) is the corporate and investment banking arm of Crédit Agricole Group, world’s 10th largest bank by total assets.
Our Singapore center is the 2nd largest IT setup (after Paris Head Office) for Crédit Agricole CIB's worldwide business. We work daily with international branches located in 30 markets by:

The Position
In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek a Junior Support Analyst to join Digital Excellence Center (DEC) - Global Support Team which manages applications related to Corporate Services, IT Security, Human Resources and other transverse domains.
Qualifications and Profile
• Education Bachelor – Computer Science or related field
• This position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in supporting or developing application
• Possesses strong analytical, logical and problem solving skills
• Technical background:
• Basic knowledge of application servers. Understand concepts of IT Production environment and deployment process/piplines.
• Basic knowledge of databases scripting
• Basic knowledge of scripting / programming languages
• Good communication skills – verbal and written. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
Main responsibilities:
• Provide L1 support for a large portfolio of applications related to Corporate Services, IT Security, Human Resources and other transverse domains
• Communication with end-users via phone, chat, email, and/or a support ticketing.
• Analyze and manage incidents and requests coming from users. Document well the support activity performed in JIRA
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Handle user request by working closely with project, infrastructure and production teams
• Ensure applications health before the bank’s working day by performing morning healthcheck activities
• Assist on weekly / adhoc follow up and reporting of escalated tickets
• Able to work on planned shifting schedules:
• ASIA--- 8:45AM-6:30PM SGT
• EMEA---3:30PM-1:00AM (D+1) SGT
• OnCall (weekdays)---1:00AM-8:45AM SGT - weekly rotation of OnCall StandBy
• OnCall (weekends)---1:00AM-1:00AM (D+1) SGT - weekly rotation of OnCall StandBy
• Weekends - rotation
• Singapore Public Holidays - rotation
Nice to Have
• Experience working in the financial industry or a similarly regulated environment.
• Certification in ITIL, Cybersecurity is a plus

Note - This is a contract- 12 months with bank. Renewable subject to performance.
