Compliance Officer / Compliance Analyst /Compliance Associate

Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Compliance Officer / Compliance Analyst / Compliance Associate, based in Singapore with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves managing compliance programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and conducting risk assessments. The candidate will monitor internal processes, address compliance issues, and liaise with regulatory authorities. Reporting and analyzing compliance-related data to support decision-making will also be key aspects of this position. Qualifications • Proficiency in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance processes • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing risks and interpreting compliance data • Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders • Understanding of financial principles and their application to compliance and regulatory practices • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) are advantageous • Experience working in agriculture, feed production, or related industries is a plus • Attention to detail, ethical judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
