Workdays & Time: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Work Location:OUE Bayfront Assignment Duration: 3 months Start Date:Immediate Pay Rate: Up to $3,300/month with completion bonus Job Description • Administer Front Desk to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of daily operations • Professionally represent the corporate image • Operate telephone calls at the main exchange, screen and direct incoming calls • Provide concierge services, greet and interact professionally with visitors • Ensure professional image and tidiness of the reception area • Handle professionally with enquiries from the public and from clients • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, and ensure that documents transacting through the front desk are handled in an organized manner • Skillfully and efficiently handle the registration of incoming documents and cheques • Arrange hand-delivery of outgoing documents and booking of courier services • Organize meeting room bookings and maintain proper tidiness of the shared meeting space • Provide support service in office facilities management and upkeep • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness • Provide administrative support (e.g. stationery and printing orders, mail franking, warehouse records, mobile phone services, update of telephone directory, dining room inventory) • Training for coverage receptionist to ensure the operations run smoothly • Administer the inventory of daily newspapers and subscriptions • Contract Staff is required to maintain the confidentiality of all company and client information.
