Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Projects Manager to lead the planning and delivery of major infrastructure, capex, and automation initiatives for Shopee’s logistics business. This role is responsible for driving cross-market execution of complex projects, establishing clear governance, and ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is hands-on, structured, and outcome-driven — someone who can navigate ambiguity, resolve issues decisively, and align multiple stakeholders toward execution. Project Planning and Execution • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of regional infrastructure, capex, and automation projects across multiple markets • Translate business objectives into clear project scopes, delivery plans, milestones, and success metrics • Drive day-to-day execution, ensuring progress against timelines, cost, and performance targets • Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints early, and implement mitigation or recovery plans • Ensure timely decision-making and closure of open issues that impact delivery Vendor and Delivery Management • Act as the primary coordination point for external vendors throughout project delivery • Define delivery expectations, track milestones, and manage interdependencies across vendors and internal teams • Monitor vendor performance and drive issue resolution to maintain delivery commitments • Escalate critical risks with clear impact assessments and recommended actions Governance, Risk, and Quality Management • Establish and maintain project governance structures, documentation, and approval workflows • Drive milestone reviews, readiness assessments, and go/no-go decisions • Ensure compliance with internal standards, safety requirements, and quality expectations • Capture lessons learned and apply improvements across subsequent projects and markets Regional Stakeholder Management and Reporting • Partner closely with regional and local stakeholders including operations, engineering, finance, and legal teams • Align cross-functional teams on priorities, timelines, and accountability • Consolidate market-level updates and deliver clear, structured reporting to senior leadership • Maintain strong communication between HQ and local execution teams to ensure alignment and execution discipline Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field • At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management, operations, or large-scale project delivery within logistics, infrastructure, automation, or e-commerce environments • Proven track record of managing end-to-end project execution across multiple stakeholders and workstreams • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive issues to resolution under delivery pressure • Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional internal teams • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus • High ownership mindset, structured thinking, and strong attention to detail • Willingness to travel overseas to support project execution
