Architectural Supervisor

• Report to Project Manager on site matters and progress of work • Liaise with QS to monitor work schedules and claims or VOs • Study technical drawings and highlight on-site discrepancies with resolution • Coordinate with subcontractors based on shop drawings and project schedule • Providing reports and activity updates to management • Identifying and resolving workplace problems with all the subcontractors & suppliers • Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation & Safety Procedures and maintain good housekeeping • Monitor, coordinate, and keep track of the site work progress to ensure quality • Diploma in Architecture or its equivalent • At least 3 years of construction experience in Singapore • Revit (Optional)
