Job Description
The IT Manager is responsible for leading office automation application development, modernization, and global application support in alignment with organizational strategy. This role drives the design, enhancement, and support of business-critical platforms, including .NET / K2 workflow solutions, UiPath, SharePoint Online, and Salesforce, while integrating AI capabilities to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and decision-making. The role also oversees regional project delivery, system stability, scalability, and continuous technology improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead development, enhancement, and support of office automation applications using C# .NET, Web API, and workflow platforms.
- Modernize legacy applications into web-based, secure, and SSO-enabled platforms.
- Provide global application support and ensure high system availability across regions.
- Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, release planning, and service improvement.
- Lead Salesforce enhancement, production support, and enterprise integration.
- Drive automation initiatives using UiPath to improve process efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Implement AI-enabled capabilities such as OCR, chatbot, intelligent validation, and analytics within office automation solutions.
- Manage project scope, schedule, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and regional business stakeholders.
- Establish development standards, documentation practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5–8 years of experience in enterprise application development, support, and project delivery.
- Strong technical knowledge in:
i. Core Development: C# .NET, Web API, SQL, Oracle, Python
ii. Workflow / Automation: K2, RPA, Sharepoint Online
iii. CRM: Salesforce support and integration
iv. AI Enablement: OCR, chatbot, intelligent validation, analytics
- Experience in application support, release/change management, and root cause analysis.
- Strong project management capability (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).
- Good leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
