Role Overview

The Technical Service Engineer will support equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales service. This role involves both technical problem-solving and direct interaction with customers to ensure systems operate effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Commissioning

• Perform installation and setup of industrial equipment at customer sites
• Conduct equipment testing and ensure proper system operation
• Provide basic operational guidance and training to customers

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose mechanical or electrical issues during equipment operation
• Provide technical troubleshooting and maintenance support
• Coordinate with technical teams or suppliers when required

Service Documentation

• Prepare service reports and maintain technical service records
• Support spare parts coordination and maintenance scheduling

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in machinery, industrial equipment, or technical service roles preferred
• Basic troubleshooting and mechanical or electrical diagnostic skills
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to communicate in Chinese is advantageous
• Willingness to travel locally for customer site support

Fresh graduates with strong technical training may also be considered.
