Job Description

1. Financial Management & Reporting

  • Oversee full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR),General Ledger (GL), and fixed assets
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
  • Provide financial insights and performance reporting to management
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with relevant accounting standards
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business operations

2. Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Lead annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasting
  • Monitor operational costs (e.g. fuel, maintenance, ground handling, manpower) and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Provide financial analysis to support management decision-making

3. Strategic Financial Planning

  • Develop financial models for expansion projects (e.g., infrastructure, SAF trading, hangar development)
  • Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis for new business initiatives
  • Support capital expenditure planning and funding strategies
  • Assist in investor reporting and financial presentations

4. Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, tax regulations, and aviation-related financial policies
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities
  • Manage internal controls and ensure proper documentation and audit readines

5. Operational Finance Support (Aviation-Specific)

  • Monitor flight-related revenue and expenses (charter, FBO services, maintenance billing, etc.)
  • Work closely with various teams on cost tracking and billing
  • Ensure accurate invoicing for aviation services and client accounts

6. Team Leadership

  • Lead and supervise finance team members
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance management
  • Drive process improvements and system enhancement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CA) preferred
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in aviation or related industries
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems
  • High integrity and attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and organizational ability, with capacity to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
