As we continue to scale, we are looking for a sharp and dependable Accounting Manager to anchor our finance function.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Accounting Manager to take full ownership of the finance and accounting function across all outlets. This is a senior individual contributor role suited for someone who is technically strong, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in an SME environment where you will be the primary finance lead.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Set of Accounts

• Maintain and manage the full set of accounts across all entities and outlets
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Perform month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements for management review
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records at all times

2. Payroll & HR Support

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including commissions, overtime, and variable components
• Administer CPF contributions, IR8A filings, and statutory deductions
• Maintain payroll records and support HR with staff cost tracking and budget reporting
• Liaise with MOM and relevant statutory bodies on payroll-related compliance matters

3. Tax & GST

• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns in compliance with IRAS requirements
• Manage corporate income tax computations and filings
• Monitor tax obligations across entities and ensure timely compliance
• Liaise with external tax agents or IRAS where required

4. Audit & Compliance

• Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, including liaising with external auditors
• Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and responses to audit queries
• Ensure financial processes and controls comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Implement and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial integrity

5. Financial Reporting & Business Support

• Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor working capital across outlets
• Track and analyse outlet-level revenue, cost of sales, and operating expenses
• Provide financial insights and ad hoc reports to support management decision-making
• Support budgeting and forecasting exercises as required

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a similar standalone or lead finance role
• Experience in retail, beauty, wellness, or F&B industries strongly preferred
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong working knowledge of Singapore tax, GST, and MOM regulations

Language Requirements

• Ability to communicate confidently with Mandarin-speaking staff, vendors, and stakeholders across all outlets
