Agile Project Manager (IT – Banking Systems)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead delivery of IT projects within the banking and financial services domain. The role involves managing Agile teams, ensuring timely delivery of applications, and coordinating across business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives

• Coordinate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders

• Track project progress, risks, and deliverables

• Support release planning and deployment activities

• Maintain project documentation using JIRA and Confluence

• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IT project management

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar tools

• Good understanding of banking or financial systems (preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification (CSM / PSM)

• Experience working with distributed teams

• Basic knowledge of testing and release processes

• Strong communication and coordination skills
