Job Description
Responsibilities
Product & Publishing Support
Assist in planning and executing game launches and publishing milestones
Coordinate between internal teams and external developers, particularly Chinese-speaking studios
Support product planning including store page setup, release planning, and marketing coordination
Monitor player feedback, reviews, and performance metrics across platforms such as Steam and social media
Track issues, bugs, and player feedback and communicate them clearly to development teams
Help analyze product performance and generate regular reports
Community Management
Manage and grow player communities across platforms such as Discord, Reddit, and X (Twitter)
Engage with players, answer questions, and maintain a positive community environment
Organize community events, announcements, and updates
Translate and localize community messaging between English and Chinese
Collect community feedback and provide actionable insights to internal teams
Cross-Cultural Communication
Serve as a bridge between Western publishing teams and Chinese development partners
Translate or summarize development updates, community feedback, and product information when necessary
Help ensure messaging and communication are culturally appropriate for global audiences
Qualifications
Required
Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), written and spoken
Passion for video games and familiarity with the PC/console gaming ecosystem
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across teams
Familiarity with online gaming communities and platforms such as Discord and Steam
Preferred
1–3 years of experience in game publishing, product management, marketing, or community management
Experience working with Chinese game developers or publishing partners
Knowledge of game analytics, live operations, or digital storefront management
Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Steamworks, or community moderation tools
