Business Analyst (Information Technology)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to support business operations and project coordination activities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, support documentation, and assist in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and user requirements

• Support communication between business users and technical teams

• Prepare reports, meeting notes, and project documentation

• Assist in tracking project progress and ensuring timely updates

• Conduct basic data analysis and business research to support decision-making

• Provide administrative and coordination support for project activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
