Finance Executive / Senior Finance Executive

Location: Boonlay / Lakeside
*****[Company will move to new place in 2027 - still finding office (either North or West)]*****
Working Days: 5. 5 days Mon - Fri; Sat
Working hours : 9am -6pm | 9am - 1pm (Sat) 
Salary : $2800-$3400

About the Role
Responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, billing processes, and supporting financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately and promptly.

• Amend and update invoices (pricing changes, customer information, credit notes).

• Issue Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN).

• Manage cash flow and maintain financial records.

• Handle cash collections from the delivery team.

• Perform daily banking-in and reconciliation.

• Attend to incoming calls and provide administrative support.

• Liaise with HQ on accounting and finance matters.

• Prepare monthly statements (SOA) for customers and management reports.

• Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.

• Perform data entry and filing of accounting documents.

• Assist with month-end closing.

• Prepare documents for audits.

• Manage petty cash and reimbursements.

• Undertake ad hoc administrative or finance-related duties.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

• Diploma or A-Level qualification.

• Able to work 5.5 days per week.
