Job Scope:

• Support customers with technical issues & ensure high satisfaction

• Perform failure analysis & prepare reports on defective products

• Handle defect containment & crisis management activities

• Liaise with internal teams to resolve quality issues

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality & workplace policies

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Engineering (any discipline)

• Hands-on, analytical & detail-oriented

• Good communication & teamwork skills

• Able to work independently and under pressure
