Job Responsibilities:

Support in managing, maintaining, and testing IT application systems, ensuring their efficient operation and functionality
Collaborate with business stakeholders and work closely with external parties, ICT providers or government agencies for systems operational and maintenance works and new initiatives/enhancements
Provide advisory role and guide team members on development of IT solutions to meet business and Authority’s needs
Maintain Project Management Office, track documentation and monitoring of progress
Co-ordinate and facilitate the audit reviews that can be conducted by party authorized by the Authority
Review project deliverables (e.g. monthly project report, log review for privileged user access, test plan, test reports, application design/ code) to ensure the completeness for acceptance
Ensure that the project delivery complies with relevant policies and guidelines and to identify and close any compliance gaps

Job Requirements:

At least 3 years of IT experience as Software Developer
Strong knowledge in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
Performing requirement gathering, requirement analysis, business process mapping, prepare business requirement specification, flow charts, logical diagrams, process improvements
Experience in Cloud technologies like AWS, Azure etc. (preferred Azure).
Cloud Certification from one or more Cloud Service Providers (preferred Azure)
Experience in SDLC-related projects in the past
Knowledge of application security and best practices in application development standards and methodologies; and
Good knowledge of testing methodologies with working experience in performing various application and systems testing
