Store Manager (F&B) - Singapore

Role Description We are looking for experienced Store Manager for our restaurants located in Changi Airport (Terminal 1-3). Your role will be to oversee daily operations while receiving strong support from the Operations team. Key Responsibilities • Lead, manage and schedule the store team to ensure optimal manpower planning. • Drive smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. • Oversee both Front-of-House and Back-of-House to ensure service excellence and kitchen efficiency. • Maintain high standards of food presentation, quality and customer service. • Manage ordering, stock control, and coordinate closely with HQ. • Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, food safety and operational standards. • Coach, mentor and develop team members to build a positive and high-performing culture. Qualifications • Willing to work at Changi Airport, Singapore. • Able to work weekends & public holidays. • Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate. • At least 3-5 years of F&B Store management experience. • For Singaporeans / Singapore PR / LTVP PLOC only
