Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee clinic drug ordering processes, ensuring timely replenishment and optimal stock levels of pharmaceuticals and consumables.
• Monitor drug inventory, conduct regular stock counts, and manage expiry tracking to minimize wastage and ensure compliance.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for drug orders, deliveries, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate and updated inventory records, including purchase logs and usage reports.
• Coordinate with clinic teams to forecast usage patterns and adjust ordering schedules accordingly.
• Ensure proper storage conditions and handling of pharmaceutical items in line with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in maintaining documentation related to drug licenses, audits, and SOPs.
• Provide administrative support related to stock management and vendor coordination.
• Support management in the implementation of new workflows, services, and operational technologies.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical inventory management and proper storage practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory and audit requirements for medication handling.
• Experience using inventory management or clinic management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced clinic environment.
