Officer, Technical Support

Job Description:

Infrastructure and Administration Support

·       Provide installation, configuration and admin work on server side include Windows servers, Anti-virus, Desktop Management server ..etc to ensure compliance to company requirement.

·       Provide admin work including backup, network switch, wireless network.

·       Assist admin work on network security, include file permissions, anti-virus, firewall, backup according company guideline.

Operation Support

·       Troubleshooting hardware, software, and application problems.
·       Installing and configuring user computers and peripherals.
·       Direct assistance to users for day‑to‑day IT issues.

Documentation

·      Responsible to prepare IT documentation and guideline

·      Responsible to maintenance record according IT policy and guideline

Ad-hot Project Support

·      Provide assistant and support according to project implementation as assigned by supervisors

·      Provide R&D on IT new technology as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in IT/Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ related working experience.

Knowledge and skills: Server
   

• Microsoft platforms include operation system, collaboration, desktop management, windows server.
• Similar Office Application
