The Retail Sales Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, lead and mentor the sales team, and ensure that sales targets are achieved. The role involves supporting team members in delivering excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining store standards, and driving overall customer satisfaction. The Retail Sales Supervisor will also play a key role in inventory management and promoting a sound working environment within the store. Qualifications • Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team • Excellent Communication skills necessary for effective interaction with customers and team members • Experience in Retail Sales and a solid understanding of sales techniques • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to address customer needs and ensure a positive shopping experience • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment • Previous experience in a supervisory role in the retail industry is an advantage
