Job Description

Our client is a leading global private bank with a strong presence in Asia, serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutional clients. The Singapore office plays a key role in the bank’s regional growth strategy, working closely with senior leadership across investment, advisory, and wealth management functions. As part of continued expansion, the bank is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a small group of senior leaders within the private banking business. This role requires a highly organized and discreet professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Key Responsibilities • Provide dedicated executive support to multiple senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. • Manage complex schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring efficient prioritization of meetings and commitments. • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and briefing notes for internal and client-facing engagements. • Coordinate senior management meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions. • Act as a key liaison between the leadership team and internal stakeholders across front office, investment, and operational functions. • Support client-related activities, including coordinating high-profile client meetings, events, and roadshows. • Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism. • Assist with administrative matters including expense management, reporting, and documentation. • Provide general operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the leadership team. Experience • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership. • Prior experience within private banking, investment banking, asset management, or financial services is highly preferred. • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment. • Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail. • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience supporting senior executives in an international environment.
