Backend Engineer

We’re partnering with a well-funded, fast-growing tech company to hire a Backend Engineer to join their team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end transaction flows, including signing, auditing, and compliance
• Build scalable backend systems for global checkout and crypto-related features
• Develop secure APIs for wallets, payments, and digital asset conversions
• Integrate with third-party systems—finance, blockchain, and identity platforms
• Collaborate with SDK and frontend teams to enhance developer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Skilled in backend engineering with modern typed languages
• Experienced in building distributed, high-throughput systems
• Strong grasp of infrastructure, networking, and data architecture
• Familiar with smart contracts and Web3 fundamentals
• Clear communicator with strong system design skills

Nice to Have

• Background in crypto custody, blockchain networks, or payments
• Familiarity with transaction reconciliation or dev tooling
