Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Singapore for a Retail Supervisor. The Retail Supervisor will oversee daily retail operations, manage and support staff, maintain product displays, and ensure excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves training team members, coordinating schedules, and fostering a welcoming environment for visitors. They will also be expected to promote product knowledge and ensure customer needs are met with professionalism and care.
Qualifications
• Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Experience in Retail Operations and maintaining efficient store workflows
• Demonstrated Product Knowledge, with a focus on crafts or artisanal goods preferred
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Customer Service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
• Passion for Japanese crafts or cultural appreciation is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
• Minimum diploma qualification or equivalent; prior supervisory experience is a plus
• Proficient in Mandarin & English languages, knowledge of Japanese-language will be an advantage.
Working Days/Hours
5 days per week (Full Time).
11.15am to 8.45pm (Rotates off day on weekends and PH)
Monthly Salary
SGD3,500 to SGD4,000

Job Responsibilities
• Manage daily store operations and all sales activities in store.
• Deliver quality sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Acquire good product knowledge to serve customers’ needs.
• Conduct inventory of products.
• Receive and check incoming stocks.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports.
• Manage staff rosters and scheduling.
• Input and manage product and sales data.
