Job Description
We are currently partnering with a client who is looking to hire an IT Project Manager with strong expertise in Oracle OPERA PMS. This role will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from planning, implementation to ongoing support of the day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager (or similar role)
- At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle OPERA PMS in a hotel environment (Opera Cloud experience is a plus)
- Strong experience in system configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations
- Proven ability to work with multiple project methodologies such as Agile Scrum and Waterfall
- Experience in E-commerce, Integrated Resorts, Hospitality, or Casino systems is highly advantageous
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, and Balsamiq
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- A Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage
