FINANCE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership
Provide strategic financial leadership and advisory support to senior management, driving sound financial decision-making and aligning financial strategies with overall business objectives.

Financial Governance & Controls
Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial policies, internal controls, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management
Oversee and actively manage the company’s cash flow and treasury functions to ensure adequate liquidity, optimize working capital, and support sustainable business operations.

Management Accounting & Financial Planning
Lead the preparation and analysis of management reports, including project costing, budget vs. actual performance analysis, financial forecasts, and projected financial statements to support strategic planning and operational performance.

External Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary liaison with external stakeholders including regulatory authorities, financial institutions, auditors, and tax agents to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth financial operations.

Group Financial Consolidation
Oversee the consolidation of financial results across multiple entities within the group, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Industry-Focused Financial Analysis
Leverage industry knowledge, particularly within the construction or project-based sector, to enhance financial reporting, project profitability analysis, and cost management.

Requirements

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent professional qualification.

Professional Certification
Possession of a valid ACCA / CPA or equivalent professional accounting certification is required.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant financial management experience, preferably within the construction or project-based industry.

Core Competencies
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate insights into actionable financial strategies and management reports.
