Assistant Finance Manager (Full Set Accounting) - Up to $5200

• Position: Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager
• Location: : Woodlands (Hybrid work arrangement available)
• Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (9.00am to 6.00pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,200 + AWS + 2 Months Bonus (Performance bonus + Company bonus)
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Social Services

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly and year-end management reports.
• Review submissions from team members and provide financial analysis and reporting.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Analyze financial data and highlight discrepancies or improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies and internal control frameworks.
• Prepare financial reporting including GST, treasury reporting and investment returns.
• Provide financial insights to support operational planning and performance management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation of best practices.
• Assist in financial projects, initiatives and other duties as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification such as ACCA or CA.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, reporting or finance operations is advantageous.
• Experience handling full set of accounts and managing multiple P&Ls.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar accounting systems will be advantageous.
• Experience in mid to large organizational structures will be advantageous.
