Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Singapore. We are a BPO company providing accounting & bookkeeping services to our customers. The Accountant will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves supporting the budgeting process, providing financial insights, and collaborating with various teams- Indonesia & Malaysia to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting practices, financial reporting, and tax compliance
- Experience with bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Strong analytical and numerical skills to evaluate financial data and prepare reports
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in Singapore
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field
- Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA (preferred)
- Minimum 15 years’ experience
- Semi retirees are welcome
