Assistant Manager, Finance Operations (Tuas Based)

Are you a hands-on finance professional who prefers transforming processes over maintaining them? We are looking for a proactive leader to join a prominent, fast-paced global organization to oversee finance operations and drive tangible efficiency.

The Role:

• Take full ownership of AP, invoicing, and payment cycles. Drive automation and process improvement.

• Work closely with project leads to monitor performance, manage budgets, and ensure financial agility.

• Manage internal controls, compliance, and cash flow for our Singapore operations.

• Partner with FP&A and GL teams to streamline reporting and elevate shared service performance.

• Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, tax agents, and banking partners.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in finance operations; background in project accounting or heavy industry is a strong plus.

• Expert in SAP and advanced Excel.

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage shared service center relationships.

• A solutions-oriented communicator who excels at bridging the gap between finance and operational stakeholders.
