Job Description

Role Objective

This Financial Controller role lead all back and middle office functions for a prominent Single Family Office, ensuring seamless investment operations, multi-entity financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. The role will serve as a key partner to the stakeholders, translating complex financial data into strategic insights.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Reporting & Investment Consolidation:

  • Lead monthly and annual consolidation across a global multi-entity structure, ensuring a single source of truth.
  • Develop customised wealth dashboards presenting performance, allocation, and risk insights to key stakeholders.

Treasury & Liquidity Management:

  • Monitor liquidity positions across entities and manage cash‑flow requirements to support timely investment deployment.
  • Manage banking relationships, optimising credit facilities, operational banking setups, and treasury solutions.

Tax, Regulatory & MAS Compliance:

  • Partner with tax advisors to execute reporting and maintain global tax compliance.
  • Oversee MAS regulatory requirements.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee daily back and middle office activities, including settlement of investment and treasury transactions.
  • Evaluate and implement financial systems, internal controls, and operational workflows to strengthen risk management and ensure data integrity and operational accuracy.

  • Ability to bridge the gap between investment ambitions and operational/tax constraints through collaborative problem-solving.

Qualifications & Experience

• Professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA) with some years of post‑qualification experience.
