Responsibilities:
- Design and standardize management P&L structures across business units, regions, and product lines
- Establish structured performance monitoring frameworks beyond traditional budgeting
- Lead finance workstreams in ERP, EPM, and BI system implementations
- Redesign finance processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
- Any ad-hoc duties as required
