URGENT: QA/QC Engineer (semicon/manufacturing)

We’re looking for a proactive Quality Engineer to be at the heart of our operations, driving excellence across our products, processes, and supply chain. If you are passionate about quality, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities across the company.
• Oversee equipment buy-offs, including Internal Buy-Off (IBO) and Customer Buy-Off (CBO).
• Manage Corrective Action Requests (CARs), ensuring timely resolution and closure.
• Review, update, and optimize QA processes, systems, and workflows for efficiency and compliance.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives that go beyond compliance to raise overall performance.
• Monitor and enhance quality across the supply chain.
• Plan and conduct supplier quality audits, including qualification and re-certification of vendors.
• Support supply chain development with effective quality management strategies.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly QA reports for management review.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of QA experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of metrology tools: Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height & Depth Gauge, Profile Projector, Gauge Block, Smart Scope, etc.
• Proficient in problem-solving methodologies: 8D, FMEA, QC tools, data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strict adherence to documentation and specification compliance.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in teams.
