QA Engineer

Job Scope:

   Primary Functions: -Ensure product conformance to quality standards and customer’s
specification.

- Continuous improvement in quality standards and procedures.
- Provide support to subsidiaries on quality aspects.     
- Evaluation of customer RMA returns.

- Work with PD and ME on evaluated parts for new projects.  

  Duties & Responsibilities:
- To upkeep and maintain the company ISO and quality standard in ESS &
ESM.
- Perform in-process product quality audit at production floor to ensure
product quality is per the requirements.
- Perform out-going product quality inspection to ensure product quality is
per the requirements.
-To lead a team of QA staff in ESS.
- To generate and maintain the necessary Quality reports.

- To ensure effective implementation of action taken for all NCR / CAR issued to the relevant departments.    
- Follow up on vendor’s corrective action on part rejects.
- On-site audit at vendor’s location where required.
-To provide quality training.
- Must be willing to travel overseas.

Skills and Qualifications:         - Resourceful & able to work independently.
- Experience in a wire-harness, PCBA and Box Built environment an
advantage.
- Computer knowledge especially Microsoft Office / Excel / Word / Power
point.
- Knowledge on Environmental and Safety an added advantage.

   -Knowledge quality inspection equipments like CMM, Micrometers, Gauges
etc…
- Knowledge on Environmental / Safety and Aerospace an added advantage.
- Good organizing and communication skill.
- Possess Class 3 driving license – an advantage

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in electronic or equivalent.
- Certified Internal Auditor.
- Relevant experience in QA/QC functions will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for
this position.Job
