We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality software systems. You’ll guide engineering decisions, mentor developers, and work closely with product teams to turn complex requirements into reliable solutions.

• Build exciting product features from end to end

• Ship quality user interfaces for a large audience using the latest web technologies

• Solve difficult product problems thoughtfully and with clarity - always putting our users first

• Strategise and brainstorm new product features and direction

📜 Requirements

• Possess strong foundation in senior software engineering skills (refer to the Senior Software Engineer Job Posting), as well as technical leadership

• Collaborate with the leadership team to define and drive the product roadmap

• Lead and manage an ambitious engineering team, leveraging each individual's strengths and implementing effective processes for a healthy engineering culture

• Actively participate in team development by conducting code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives

• Make key technology decisions that shape the company's architecture and technical strategy as we scale to serve millions of users worldwide

• Contribute to code, architecture, and design

• Utilize code and project management tools such as Notion and Git

• Proven experience in building or scaling an engineering team while maintaining technical excellence

• Fluent communication skills, both written and spoken
