Identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
Prepare project proposal, think for a temporary time frames, schedule and budget
Prepare work statement or methodology
Monitor, track and report of project's progress, and handle and issues that arise
Coordinate activities on scheduling, monitoring and conduct project review meeting

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in CIVIL Engineering
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry, ideally with involvement in all stage of a project's life cycle, from tendering to handover (Completed a whole project cycle)
Prior experience in HDB/JTC/LTA infastrutural & Drainage works, HDB surface carpark improvement works, NPARK/SLA project, relating of construction and landscape works or terms key related project.
Solid technical knowledge for Civil Engineering project and contract administration
Good interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills including lead project teams with results orientated
Proactive and ability to work in face-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines
