Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Management
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and risks.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
2. Stakeholder Coordination
Communicate project progress to management and stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
Manage expectations and resolve project-related issues.
3. Technical Project Oversight
Oversee implementation of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
Ensure project deliverables meet technical and business requirements.
Work closely with engineering and technical teams.
4. Risk & Issue Management
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Resolve project issues and escalate when necessary.
Maintain project documentation and reports.
5. Vendor & Resource Management
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
Ensure vendor deliverables meet agreed standards and timelines.
Coordinate internal and external project resources.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare project status reports for senior management.
Maintain project documentation, including scope, schedule, and change logs.
Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT project management.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, or systems.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Project management certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2.
Experience with Agile Project Management or Scrum methodologies.
Experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure or data center projects.
