Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager / Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting our enterprise software and technology solutions to businesses across Singapore. The role includes reaching out to potential clients, presenting digital transformation solutions, and assisting companies in leveraging government grants to support system adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for enterprise software and technology solutions.

  • Promote digital transformation solutions to facility management companies, security agencies, and service providers.

  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client consultations.

  • Work with customers to propose solutions that qualify under relevant government grants and support schemes.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closings

  • Collaborate with the product and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.

  • 2–5 years of sales experience in enterprise software, SaaS, IT solutions, or technology services (preferred).

  • Experience in B2B sales and corporate client engagement.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
