Sales Manager

• Industry: Advanced Security & Surveillance system
• Working days: Monday - Friday 9am -6pm
• Salary: $5,000 - $6000 + commission 
• Location: Tai Seng (Near MRT)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives and drive sales growth across Singapore 
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, product demonstration, negotiation, and closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, system integrators, channel partners, and enterprise customers
• Promote cloud-based surveillance, security, and IoT solutions to targeted industries
• Conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations and solution presentations
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities
• Work closely with the Sales Director and internal teams to support solution deployment and customer success

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in SaaS, cloud-based, or ICT solutions
• Strong network in the ICT or technology solutions market
• Degree/Diploma in IT, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
