To implement proposed network solutions
To perform installation, configuration and migration of Microsoft Windows Server and Exchange Server
To perform installation and configuration of network peripheral such as Switches and Firewall appliance, and Endpoint security softwares
To perform system security hardening and patching
To perform preventive maintenance service, troubleshooting and resolving of hardware and software issues
To provide network, security and technical support
To manage and maintain Windows network system and messaging system
To install and support desktops, laptops and its relevant application software
To document project implementation details and completion report
To manage and maintain IT assets
Perform other related duties as assigned
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology
Proficiency In Microsoft Windows Servers and Active Directory, preferably holding MCSE Certification
Strong working knowledge and experience in network infrastructure technologies
Additional IT certifications will be an advantage
Knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux will be an advantage
Good working knowledge of Networking devices
Positive attitude, ability to solve customer complaints/conflicts, must be customer and service oriented
Able to work independently and in a team
Able to start work immediately / within short notice
Strong command of English both spoken and in written are required
Preferably with at least 2 years experience
