AI & IT Systems Engineer

As part of our digital transformation initiatives, the company is expanding its internal technology capabilities to improve operational efficiency, project management,and data integration within the maritime and offshore engineering sector.

Job Responsibilities;

• Develop and maintain internal IT systems and digital tools to support engineering and project management operations
• Assist in implementing AI-driven solutions to improve workflow automation and data analysis
• Support system integration between internal databases, project management tools, and operational platforms
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to identify opportunities for process optimization
• Ensure system security, data integrity, and IT infrastructure stability

Job Requirements;

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT systems development, AI tools implementation, or digital transformation projects
• Experience with automation tools, AI platforms, or system integration is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, or workflow automation tools preferred
